GROWING UP IN DIVIDED SOCIETIES
JUNE 10th -11th 2010, QUEEN’S UNIVERSITY BELFAST

The conference aims to bring together scholars whose work focuses on the experiences of
children who are growing up in ethnically and politically divided societies.  The
relative lack of scholarly attention on the subject highlights the need to address this
from a variety of disciplinary perspectives, to take stock of what has been done so far,
and to reflect on the future study of children in divided societies.
